FAQs about sessions
Why would I want a session? There are several reasons to have a session. If you are in emotional pain, are having trouble loving yourself, are feeling confused, need clarity on upcoming choices, are at odds with your thoughts or feelings, have physical pain or illness and much, much more.
How often would I be having a session? This is really up to you, and how you react to the work. In a session I can tell you when I think would be the best amount of time for you to wait would be. Coming too often can be a sign that you are not becoming empowered from the work, but if that is what happens it may be something that we can shift together. If you keep coming in with the same questions about choices that you need to make, we will have to end out work together. I won't give you dates, faces and dollar amounts because the moment I tell you what I see your energy gets thrown on it and affects the outcome and sometimes you are just not meant to know.
What can I expect after a session? After the work we do together, depending on how much we shift, you might feel tired or cranky. This goes away fairly quickly especially if you take it easy. It is a good sign if you feel this way because it's confirmation that a lot was shifted. You may also find that things that upset you before seem like no big deal, you may feel generally freer on all levels (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual), you may feel more confident, more tolerant, more happy, more peaceful, more loving, more alive and generally better. There is no way to know what you will feel because it will depend on what is shifted, but these are all possibilities and ways that my clients and I have felt after a shift.
